利用不同铁沉积量催化剂的催化裂化反应实验数据,通过模型方程确定和模型参数的估计,建立了反应转化率、焦炭产率、氢气产率、液化气产率和干气产率与催化剂铁沉积量关联的数学模型。模型预测分析结果表明,随着催化剂铁沉积量提高,反应转化率、液化气产率和选择性不断降低,氢气和干气的产率及选择性不断提高,焦炭产率呈先提高然后降低的变化规律,生焦选择性呈先提高然后变小的变化规律。
