阿多诺的音乐哲学对流行音乐的生产和接受、特征和效果等方面做了深入分析,明确地表现出自己的批判立场;尽管一直遭到众多学者的抨击,但仍有其现实意义,并对大众文化研究的影响不可忽视。阿多诺对流行音乐的批判不仅是对文化工业批判理论的具体延伸,而且是其艺术观和意识形态观的基本表现,更映射着他对整个资本主义社会的基本判断与批判。
Adorno’s philosophy of music provides an in-depth analysis of the production and acceptance, characteristics and effects of pop music, and clearly demonstrates his own critical position. Although it has always been criticized by many scholars, it still has its practical significance. The impact of popular culture research can not be ignored. Adorno’s critique of pop music is not only a concrete extension of the critical theory of cultural industry, but also a basic manifestation of his view on art and ideology, and more on his basic judgment and criticism of the entire capitalist society.
