我市近年来，机关团体和街道群众自办幼儿园发展很快，到目前为止，已有幼儿园（班）五十多所，教养员一百四十多人，其中有初中、高小毕业生，有家庭妇女，一般都缺乏教育儿童的知识和实际经验，文化水平也不高。为提高这种类型幼儿班的工作质量和鼓励群众自办幼儿园的积极性，加强对她们业务的领导是一个重要工作。一年来我们是这样进行的：
In recent years, the city’s self-administered kindergartens have been rapidly developed by government organizations and people in the streets. So far, there are more than 50 kindergartens (classes) and more than 140 teaching and nurturing staff, among them graduates of junior high schools and high schools. Family women generally lack the knowledge and practical experience in educating children, and their level of education is not high. In order to improve the quality of work in this type of preschool classes and encourage the enthusiasm of the people themselves to run kindergartens, it is an important task to strengthen the leadership of their business. In the past year we have done this:
