本研究对国内外现有的荣誉理论和课堂教学管理进行了综述,创新性地将二者相结合,对如何通过荣誉激励促进课堂教学管理进行了探索。研究通过对某军校大二学员进行半开放式访谈和问卷调查,发现现有教学方面的荣誉激励种类少、难度大、考量标准狭隘,有针对性地提出促进学员自我管理的荣誉激励的建议。
This research summarizes the current honor theory and classroom teaching management at home and abroad, and creatively combines the two to explore how to promote classroom teaching management through honor incentives. Through semi-open interviews and questionnaires, the research found that there are few types of honor incentives in teaching, and the criteria are narrow and narrow, and some suggestions are put forward to promote the honor and encouragement of student self-management.
