建筑设计质量的优劣,确切地说是一个目标范围的界定,建筑规范、规程和标准是建筑设计合格的下限。因此,设计质量的优化管理是至关重要的。本文基于此,首先对建筑设计质量管理的优化管理理念进行了较为详尽的阐述,然后针对这一理念,提出了一些具有建设性的优化措施。最后得出结论,并指出建筑设计质量的优化管理还需要更深层次地研究,以期在建筑业中起到良性循环的作用。
The pros and cons of architectural design quality are precisely the definition of a target range. Building codes, procedures and standards are the lower limits of architectural design. Therefore, the optimal management of design quality is crucial. Based on this, this article first elaborates on the concept of optimal management of architectural design quality management, and then proposes some constructive optimization measures for this idea. Finally, it concludes that the optimal management of architectural design quality also needs to be studied in a deeper way in order to play a virtuous circle in the construction industry.
