现用于预防肺炎链球菌性全身感染的多价多糖疫苗,对其保护效果仍有争议;且该疫苗对2岁以下儿童的免疫原性不佳。因此,有必要研制其他类型的新疫苗。本文旨在研究一种热灭活肺炎链球菌全菌鼻内免疫小鼠后引发的免疫效果。
The polyvalent polysaccharide vaccine currently used for preventing systemic streptococcus pneumoniae infection remains controversial; and the vaccine is not immunogenic for children under 2 years of age. Therefore, it is necessary to develop other types of new vaccines. This article aims to study the immune effect of a heat-killed S. pneumoniae intranasally immunized mice.
