目的 探讨白内障手术 I期人工晶状体未能植入的原因。方法 回顾性分析 5 40眼白内障手术 2 3眼未能 I期植入人工晶状体的手术资料。结果 白内障手术影响 I期人工晶状体植入的主要原因为晶状体悬韧带断离、晶状体后囊膜破裂、玻璃体脱出。结论 提高白内障手术操作技巧 ,减少并发症发生 ,是确保 I期人工晶状体植入的关键。
Objective To investigate the causes of intraocular lens implantation in cataract surgery. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the surgical data of 23 cases who failed intraocular lens implantation in 57 eyes of 5 40 eyes. Results The main causes of cataract surgery in I-phase intraocular lens implantation were the breakage of the lens suspensory ligament, the posterior capsule rupture and the vitreous prolapse. Conclusions Improving cataract surgical techniques and reducing the incidence of complications is the key to ensuring intraocular lens implantation.
