磨牙冠不仅微小、壁薄,而且外形极其复杂,尤其面尖、嵴、窝个性化特点明显,采用传统加工工艺很难快速、精确地加工出修复体外形。为高效地加工出磨牙冠,提出了基于顶点的STL数据模型快速等距算法。应用行切法、小刀具,实现了微径高速铣削精加工刀轨的生成。利用米克朗UCP800高速加工中心,成功地加工出氧化锆陶瓷磨牙全冠。经综合测试表明,算法运算速度快,生成加工刀轨数据量小,加工平稳性好。
Molar crown is not only tiny, thin wall, but also extremely complex shape, in particular, tip, crest, nest personalized features obvious, the use of traditional processing technology is difficult to quickly and accurately processed prosthetic shape. In order to process the molar crown efficiently, a fast isometric algorithm based on vertex-based STL data model is proposed. Application of cutting method, a small tool to achieve a micro-diameter high-speed milling finishing tool path generation. The use of Mikron UCP800 high-speed machining center, successfully processed zirconia ceramic molar full crown. The comprehensive test shows that the algorithm is fast, generating a small amount of data processing tool path, processing and good stability.
