采用转矩流变仪制备了硅烷接枝聚乙烯吹塑棚膜专用料,并进行测试分析。结果表明:预防副反应助剂的加入对硅烷接枝聚乙烯制备过程中C—C偶合交联的副反应具有一定的抑制作用;使用自制助剂制备的接枝率最大为1.64,抑制副反应发生效果最好,晶点最少;随着接枝率从1.33%增大到1.64%,表面张力从34×10~(-3)N/m增大到36×10~(-3)N/m,涂覆流滴剂更容易涂覆。该研究为制备高性能涂覆型功能膜打下良好的基础。
The silane-grafted polyethylene blown film was prepared by torque rheometer and tested. The results showed that the addition of secondary side-effect adjuvant had certain inhibitory effect on the side reaction of C-C cross-linking during the preparation of silane-grafted polyethylene. The maximum grafting rate was 1.64 with self-made adjuvant, With the best effect and the smallest crystal point. With the grafting rate increasing from 1.33% to 1.64%, the surface tension increased from 34 × 10 -3 N / m to 36 × 10 -3 N / m, coating drops is easier to apply. This study lays a good foundation for the preparation of high performance coated functional films.
