为了研究不同维数碳系纳米粒子对聚乳酸结晶的促进作用,利用溶液涂膜法制备了聚乳酸与不同维数碳系纳米粒子(一维碳纳米管和二维氧化石墨烯)的纳米复合物,通过DSC和XRD对制备的聚乳酸纳米复合物的成核、非等温结晶和非等温冷结晶进行了研究。结果表明:一维碳纳米管的成核效率明显高于二维石墨烯;在非等温结晶过程中,聚乳酸及其纳米复合物的结晶能力遵循如下的规律:PLLA-CNTs>PLLA-GO>PLLA;在非等温冷结晶过程中,晶体的生长机理与升温速率有关。
In order to study the promotion effect of different size carbon nanoparticles on the crystallization of polylactic acid, polylactic acid and nanocomposites of carbon nanotubes with different dimensions (one-dimensional carbon nanotubes and two-dimensional graphene oxide) were prepared by solution coating method. The nucleation, non-isothermal crystallization and non-isothermal crystallization of the prepared polylactic acid nanocomposites were studied by DSC and XRD. The results show that the nucleation efficiency of one-dimensional carbon nanotubes is obviously higher than that of two-dimensional graphene.
