不加热收缩带是专为3层PE防腐涂层开发的一种管道补口材料,由底漆、内层防腐黏结片和外层高聚物收缩带组成。介绍了无溶剂环氧底漆和溶剂型快干底漆的研制过程及底漆所达到的技术指标及优缺点;内层防腐黏结片的组成、结构及达到的技术指标。论述了如何对不加热收缩片的基础材料PVC片材进行改性研制及达到的技术指标。
Non-Heated Shrink Tape is a pipe-fill material developed for 3-layer PE anti-corrosion coating consisting of a primer, an inner anti-corrosion bond sheet, and an outer polymer shrink tape. Introduced the solvent-free epoxy primer and solvent-based quick-drying primer development process and the primer reached the technical indicators and advantages and disadvantages; inner anti-corrosion bonding sheet composition, structure and technical indicators achieved. The paper discusses how to modify the non-heat-shrinkable sheet PVC material and achieve the technical index.
