目的把医学生分成12个小组做实验,观察白兔腹部纵切口的两种腹膜缝合法对腹内压骤增的耐受性,为临床防止小儿切口裂开,并减少肠粘连的机会创造良好条件。方法①白兔纵切口的腹膜间断缝合与腹膜间断U型缝合法比较;②小儿腹部纵切口间断U型缝合法的应用。结果①本组数据表明,白兔的两种腹膜缝合法对腹内压骤增的耐受力用配对t检验进行检验(P<0.01);②45例小儿腹部纵切口腹膜采用间断U型缝合法无一例切口裂开。结果①间断式U型缝合法能提高切口对腹内压增加的耐受性,防止小儿切口裂开,增加壁层腹膜的光洁面,减少肠管与切口粘连的机会;②通过实验,提高学生的动手实践的能力,为培养医学生的医学科学研究水平打下良好的基础。
Objective To divide the medical students into 12 groups to do experiments and observe the tolerance of the two kinds of peritoneal suturing methods to the intra-abdominal pressure surge in the abdomen of the rabbits to create a good clinical chance of preventing the incision of the incision in children and reducing the intestinal adhesion condition. Methods ① The longitudinal incision of the rabbit peritoneal suture and peritoneal U-shaped suture comparison; ② abdominal abdominal longitudinal incision U-suture method. Results ① Intermittent U-shaped suture method can improve the incision on the increased tolerance of intra-abdominal pressure, to prevent incision in children incision, increase the smooth peritoneal parietal surface and reduce intestinal and incision adhesion opportunities; ② through experiments to improve students’ The practical ability to lay a good foundation for training medical students in medical science research.
