目的 :检测α7-烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体(α7-niccotinic acetylcholine receptor,α7-n ACh R)在肺癌组织中的表达,探讨其与临床病理学特征的关系及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色法检测130例肺癌组织及40例癌旁肺组织中α7-nAChR表达,并分析α7-nAChR表达与吸烟、病理分型、分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移等关系。结果:肺癌组织α7-nAChR阳性表达率70.77%,癌旁组织阳性率37.50%,肺癌组织中α7-n ACh R阳性表达水平明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.001)。肺癌组织中α7-nAChR的表达水平与肺癌患者吸烟、临床分期、分化程度相关(P<0.05),与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、病理分型、淋巴结转移之间的关系无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:α7-nAChR高表达在肺癌的发生中起一定作用,可为肺癌的α7-nAChR靶向治疗提供一定依据。
Objective: To investigate the expression of α7-nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (α7-n ACh R) in lung cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods: The expressions of α7-nAChR in 130 lung cancer tissues and 40 adjacent non-cancerous lung tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining. The relationship between α7-nAChR expression and smoking, pathological type, differentiation degree, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis were analyzed. Results: The positive expression rate of α7-nAChR in lung cancer tissues was 70.77%, the positive rate in adjacent tissues was 37.50%. The positive expression of α7-n ACh R in lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues (P <0.001). The expression level of α7-nAChR in lung cancer was correlated with the smoking, clinical stage and differentiation of patients with lung cancer (P <0.05), but not with the gender, age, tumor size, pathological type and lymph node metastasis (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The high expression of α7-nAChR plays a role in the carcinogenesis of lung cancer and may provide a basis for the targeted therapy of α7-nAChR in lung cancer.
