目的:了解广州市精神病医院美沙酮门诊海洛因依赖人群HCV和梅毒感染及物质滥用情况,为制定相应的防治措施提供科学依据。方法:采集自2012年以来广州市精神病医院美沙酮门诊海洛因依赖人群静脉血标本共计343例,进行抗-HCV和梅毒检测,随机抽取68例做尿液滥用物质六项筛查。结果:343例海洛因依赖人群中HCV阳性302例,占88.0%(302/343);梅毒阳性31例,占9.0%(31/343);HCV/梅毒合并感染27例,占7.9%(27/343)。68例尿液标本中吗啡阳性58例,占85.3%(58/68);氯胺酮阳性26例,占38.2%(26/68);甲基苯丙胺阳性26例,占38.2%(26/68);吗啡/氯胺酮(+/+)26例,占38.2%(26/68);吗啡/甲基苯丙胺(+/+)20例,占29.4%(20/68);吗啡/氯胺酮/甲基苯丙胺(+/+/+)8例,占11.8%(8/68)。结论:广州市精神病医院美沙酮门诊自2012年1月至2015年7月海洛因依赖人群HCV和梅毒感染率较高,合并存在吗啡、氯胺酮和甲基苯丙胺等物质滥用情况,建议针对在美沙酮门诊治疗的吸毒者情况展开多种疾病和物质滥用的宣传教育和综合干预,并且持续开展HCV和梅毒以及滥用物质检测。
Objective: To understand the prevalence of HCV and syphilis infection and substance abuse in methadone outpatient heroin abusers in psychiatric hospitals in Guangzhou, and to provide a scientific basis for the development of appropriate prevention and treatment measures. Methods: A total of 343 venous blood samples were collected from methadone clinics in Guangzhou Mental Hospital since 2012. Anti-HCV and syphilis were detected in all the patients. Sixty six urine samples were randomly selected for screening. Results: Of the 343 heroin addicts, 302 were positive for HCV, accounting for 88.0% (302/343), 31 were positive for syphilis (9.0%, 31/343), 27 were HCV / syphilis (7.9% 343). Among 68 urine samples, 58 were positive for morphine, accounting for 85.3% (58/68), 26 were ketamine positive (26/68), 26 were methamphetamine - positive (38.2%, 26/68). Morphine / ketamine (+ / +) in 26 cases, accounting for 38.2% (26/68); morphine / methamphetamine (+ / +) in 20 cases, accounting for 29.4% (20/68); morphine / ketamine / methamphetamine + / + / +) 8 cases, accounting for 11.8% (8/68). Conclusion: The prevalence of HCV and syphilis among heroin dependent people in methamphetamine outpatient department of Guangzhou Psychiatric Hospital from January 2012 to July 2015 is high.
