研究了硝苯啶、维拉帕米(异搏停)、脑益嗉及汉防已甲素对由钾离子或去甲肾上腺素引起收缩的离体大鼠门静脉作用。这些药物均能使钾离子和去甲肾上腺素剂量-反应曲线呈非平行右移,并降低最大反应值。硝苯啶的PD_2值分别为7.1204和6.3462,维拉帕米为6.1754和7.1049,汉防已甲素为5.4960和5.5121以及脑盖嗉为5.3406和3.8732。上述结果说明这些药物对门静脉具有扩张作用,但作用模式并不一致。
The effects of nifedipine, verapamil (verapamil), Nao Yi Wan and Han Fang Ting Su on the isolated rat portal vein induced by potassium ion or norepinephrine were studied. Both of these drugs non-parallel shifted the potassium-and norepinephrine dose-response curves to the right and decreased the maximum response. The PD 2 values of nifedipine were 7.1204 and 6.3462, respectively. The values of verapamil were 6.1754 and 7.1049. The contents of haflunin were 5.4960 and 5.5121, and the brains of brains were 5.3406 and 3.8732, respectively. These results indicate that these drugs have a dilatation effect on the portal vein, but the mode of action is not consistent.
