人力资源是知识时代的第一资源,是企业生存发展的必备资源。企业的发展,要靠人才,要靠人力资源的优化配置。但目前我国电力施工企业现有人才储备和技术能力,都和世界发达国家存在相当大的差距。因此,要想在电力市场的竞争中发展壮大企业,必须变革现有的企业人力资源管理模式,以适应形势和任务的需要。
Human resources are the first resources in the era of knowledge and the necessary resources for the survival and development of enterprises. The development of enterprises, relying on talent, rely on the optimal allocation of human resources. However, at present, there is a considerable gap between the existing personnel reserves and technical capabilities of China’s power construction enterprises and the developed countries in the world. Therefore, in order to develop and expand the enterprise in the competition of the power market, it is necessary to change the existing enterprise human resource management mode to meet the needs of the situation and the tasks.
