The current operational risk has aroused widespread concern, however, the research on operational risk is still not yet mature. This paper discusses the management of operational risk from three aspects of conceptual definition, assessment and sustained release in the perspective of centralized management of enterprise group funds, and explores the operational risk management under the centralized management of enterprise group funds.
