本文对内部资本市场和企业投资支出的国内外相关研究做了回顾和总结,发现多数研究表明:由于公司治理等因素影响,内部资本市场影响投资支出和投资效率的方向和程度不同。
This paper reviews and summarizes the domestic and foreign related research on the internal capital market and the investment expenditure of enterprises, and finds that most studies show that due to the influence of corporate governance and other factors, the direction and extent of the internal capital market affecting investment expenditure and investment efficiency are different.
