在素质教育理念的影响下,越来越多的教育工作者开始寻找更加有效的教育方式,于是,赏识教育作为一种全新的激励性教育方式被关注起来。就小学数学教学而言,赏识教育要求教师以鼓励和欣赏的眼光看待每一位学生,尽可能的发现学生身上的闪光点,深入挖掘学生的内在潜能,帮助每一位小学生树立起自信心。本文主要探析了赏识教育在小学数学教学中的应用,以促进教学质量的提高。
Under the influence of the concept of quality education, more and more educators began to search for more effective ways of education. Therefore, appreciation education as a brand new way of encouraging education was paid attention to. For primary school mathematics teaching, appreciation education requires that teachers treat each and every student with encouragement and appreciation, discover the bright spots of students as much as possible, dig deep into students’ inherent potential and help every pupil establish self-confidence. This article mainly explores the application of appreciation education in elementary mathematics teaching so as to promote the improvement of teaching quality.
