铸铁研具的材料多用球墨铸铁和灰铸铁。为了进一步提高铸铁研具的耐磨性,人们又采用了高磷低合金铸铁。而近来出现的高强度低应力铸铁,更有较好的使用性能——高的强度和弹性模量;良好的工艺性能——低的残余应力、好的加工性和铸造性能。目前这种铸铁仅仅用作机床的铸件。我们经过二年多的试验,在高强度低应力铸铁研具的工作表面上采用电阻接触淬火技术以及400WCO_2激光器淬硬灰口铁技术,研制出了高硬络高强度低应力铸铁研具。
Cast iron research tool materials ductile iron and gray cast iron. In order to further improve the wear resistance of cast iron research tools, people have adopted a high-phosphorus low-alloy cast iron. The recent emergence of high strength and low stress cast iron, more good performance - high strength and elastic modulus; good process performance - low residual stress, good processability and casting performance. This type of cast iron is currently used only as a casting for machine tools. After more than two years of experimentation, we developed a high-strength, low-stress, high-strength, low-stress cast iron tooling using the resistance contact quenching technology and the 400WCO 2 laser hardened gray iron technology on the working surface of high strength and low stress cast iron.
