2011年12月,上海。两年一届的“HRD AWARDS国际钻石首饰设计大赛”颁奖盛典首次在中国举行。这个诞生于比利时的奖项,一直被业界誉为“珠宝设计界的奥斯卡奖”。“2011年度HRDAWARDS金奖的获得者是——蒋喆!”在众人的期待下,主持人杨澜宣布了获奖结果。坐在第一排的蒋喆缓缓起身,这一刻对于她来说有惊喜,也有意外,但更多的还是紧张。她轻拖着黑色晚礼服,稳步地走上舞台。奖杯和奖牌的分量着实不轻,为了这一刻她已经努力了近10年之久。自此,HRD AWARDS金奖的获奖者名单中第一次出现了中国人的名字。
