众所周知,棉红蜘蛛是世界性的大害虫,它为害棉花、果树等多种经济作物。由于长期使用有机农药致使抗性产生,防效降低,为害加重。研究掌握其抗性发展趋势并提出克服抗性的措施已成为当前的一项重要课题。本试验采用世界粮农组织(FAO)制订的测定螨类抗性的标准方法,在实验室内以棉红蜘蛛的不同品系对不同类型农药的抗性程度及其相互关系进行研究,所得结果对科学用药和开发新品种具有一定的现实意义。
As we all know, cotton spider mite is a worldwide pest, it is harmful cotton, fruit trees and other cash crops. As a result of long-term use of organic pesticides resulting in resistance, reduce control, worsened. It has become an important issue to study and grasp the trend of resistance development and propose measures to overcome it. In this study, a standard method for the determination of mite resistance developed by the World Food Organization (FAO) was used to study the degree of resistance to different types of pesticides in different strains of cotton spider mites in the laboratory and their correlation with each other. Medication and development of new varieties has some practical significance.
