通过柱塞-缸套间隙的液体漏失量是影响深井泵工作能力的主要因素之一。 为了减少液体漏失,进行了一系列的试验研究。但是,所推荐的深井泵结构和所采取的措施,往往不能完全适合深井泵的生产条件。 为了减少通过柱塞-缸套间的漏失量,阿塞拜疆石油科学研究设计院研制了一种新型的具有磁性柱塞的深井泵结构(图1)。它由缸套1、磁性柱塞2、吸入凡尔3和出油凡尔4组成。 生产的柱塞、缸套与OCT26-0.2-1424-76《深井泵》,通用标准相符。
Liquid loss through the plunger-cylinder gap is one of the major factors that affect the working ability of a deep well pump. In order to reduce liquid loss, a series of experimental studies were conducted. However, the proposed deep well pump structure and the measures taken are often not well suited to the production conditions of deep well pumps. Azerbaijan Oil Research Institute has developed a new type of deep well pump with magnetic plunger (Figure 1) to reduce the amount of fluid lost through the plunger-cylinder line. It consists of a cylinder liner 1, a magnetic plunger 2, inhalation of Versailles 3, and oil-outlet 4. Production of the plunger, cylinder liner and OCT26-0.2-1424-76 “deep well pump”, in line with common standards.
