为探讨可溶性血管细胞粘附分子(sVCAM-1)与妊高征的关系,收集妊高征患者及正常孕妇各20例血清,采用酶联免疫吸附法测量 sVCAM-1浓度。结果表明,妊高征组 sVCAM-1浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而且随着病情加重,其浓度也增加。结论:sVCAM-1可能参与了妊高征的病理生理变化,并可能对于妊高征的监测有潜在价值。
To investigate the relationship between soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule (sVCAM-1) and pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH), 20 serum samples from patients with PIH and normal pregnant women were collected. The concentration of sVCAM-1 was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The results showed that the concentration of sVCAM-1 in PIH group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01), and the concentration of sVCAM-1 increased with the progression of PIH. Conclusion: sVCAM-1 may be involved in the pathophysiological changes of PIH and may have potential value in the monitoring of PIH.
