一、前言长期以来由于受传统教学理论的影响,高师体育系一直把术科教学视为单纯传授知识、技能、而对于能力的发展和培养却没有给予应有的重视。在西德曾经对确定和发展培养体育师资的模式进行专门研究,得出结论是体育师资的培养需要发展运动、科学、教学、政治四方面的能力,其中应以教学能力为中心。这一研究成果目前已在西德国内外得到广泛承认。
I. Foreword For a long time, due to the influence of the traditional teaching theory, the Department of Physical Education in normal universities has regarded the teaching of the arts as a mere impartation of knowledge and skills, but failed to give due attention to the development and cultivation of abilities. In West Germany, we once conducted a special study on identifying and developing the model of training physical education teachers, and concluded that the cultivation of physical education teachers requires the development of all four aspects of sports, science, teaching and politics. Among them, the teaching ability should be the center of attention. This research result has now been widely recognized in West Germany.
