N6160ZC柴油机是一种广泛使用于我国海洋船舶的中速增压四冲程柴油机,本文根据其工作原理和结构特点,对柴油机工作过程进行分析,建立了气缸内工作过程物理模型和数学模型,用龙格-库塔法对微分方程组进行求解,得到柴油机各循环的过程参数以及整机综合参数.在对工作过程计算的基础上,运用SWIFT方法,以有效油耗率为目标函数,以喷油定时、燃烧持续角等为优化变量,对工作过程进行优化计算,得到部分负荷工况下的最佳喷油定时.由此,可以进一步对高压喷油泵柱塞头部线形进行设计.
The N6160ZC diesel engine is a medium speed supercharged four-stroke diesel engine which is widely used in marine vessels in our country. Based on its working principle and structural features, this paper analyzes the working process of the diesel engine and establishes the physical model and mathematical model of the working process in the cylinder. The grid-kurta method is used to solve the differential equations, and the process parameters of each cycle of the diesel engine and the overall parameters of the complete machine are obtained.On the basis of the calculation of the working process, the SWIFT method is used, the effective fuel consumption rate is taken as the objective function, , Combustion continuous angle and so on as optimization variables, the working process is optimized and calculated, and the best fuel injection timing under partial load condition is obtained.This makes it possible to further design the line shape of the plunger head of high pressure injection pump.
