主要对卷筒的振动特性进行研究,在NX8.5软件中建立其三维模型,并利用Hyper Works分析其约束状态下前4阶固有频率和振型。基于Opti Struct工具平台,采用变密度法,对卷筒进行结构拓扑优化分析,使其第1阶固有频率最大化,优化后体积的增长率不超过30%,确定出卷筒结构的材料最优分布云图,并且对优化后的卷筒进行模态分析,得出新结构的固有频率和振型。结果表明,该方法使卷筒固有频率得到较好地提高,避免了共振现象的产生,同时为进一步合理地设计卷筒提供了参考。
