为了推动《中华人民共和国台湾同胞投资保护法》(以下简称台胞投资保护法)的贯彻实施,切实保护台胞投资者的合法权益,促进海峡两岸的经济交流与合作,推动祖国和平统一进程,全国人大常委会组织检查组,对台胞投资保护法执行情况进行了检查。今年10月底,检查组在京听取了最高人民法院、外经贸部和国务院台办关于台胞投资保护法实施情况的汇报。11月上中旬,检查组分赴福建、广东两省进行了检查。与此同时,浙江、江苏、山东三省根据全国人大常委会的安排,对台胞投资保护法执行情况进行了自查。从检查、自查的情况看,各地贯彻实施台胞投资保护法积极认真,做了大量工作。各地政府都把贯彻实施台胞投资保护法作为吸引台资、推动两岸经济往来的基础性工作来抓,切实有效地保护了台胞投资者的合法权益,进一步改善了投资环境,保障了台资企业能够正常开展生产经营活动,促进了台商继续来大陆投资。
In order to promote the implementation of the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection and Investment of Taiwan Compatriots in Taiwan” (hereinafter referred to as “the Taiwan Investment Protection Act”), effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of Taiwan-funded investors, promote economic exchanges and cooperation across the Taiwan Strait and promote the process of peaceful reunification of the motherland, The NPC Standing Committee organized an inspection team to conduct an inspection on the implementation of the Taiwan Investment Protection Act. At the end of October this year, the inspection team heard a report from the Supreme People’s Court, the MOFTEC and the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council on the implementation of the Taiwan Investment Protection Act in Beijing. In mid-November, inspection components went to Fujian and Guangdong provinces for inspection. At the same time, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Shandong provinces have conducted self-examination on the implementation of the Taiwan Investment Protection Act in accordance with the arrangements of the NPC Standing Committee. From the inspection and self-examination, the implementation of the Taiwan Investment Protection Law by various localities has taken a proactive and earnest approach and has done a great deal of work. All local governments have taken the implementation of the Taiwan Investment Protection Law as the basic work of attracting Taiwan’s capital and promoting cross-Strait economic exchanges, effectively and effectively protecting the legitimate rights and interests of Taiwan-funded investors, further improving the investment environment and safeguarding the funding of Taiwan Enterprises can carry out normal production and business activities and promote the continued investment by Taiwan businessmen in the Mainland.
