人才生态环境作为社会大生态环境系统的一个子系统,从其产生并形成相对独立的一种生态环境样式开始,就在潜移默化地发挥着作用。不同的国家、地区、行业形成了各具特色的人才生态环境。从管理学的视角看,良好的人才生态环境的建设是为了创造一个保证总体目标能够实现、能够人尽其才的环境和氛围。因此,建设良好的人才生态环境,就成了各级政府、各行业管理者有目的的行为。人才生态环境是与时俱进、不断超越的,良好的人才生态环境需要随着时代和社会的发展不断增添新的内容。面对当今世界激烈的人才竞争,进一步认清人才生态环境的内涵,建设良好的人才生态环境,对全面建设小康社会、实现中华民族的伟大复兴具有重要的意义。
Talent eco-environment, as a subsystem of social eco-environment system, plays a subtle role starting from the generation and formation of a relatively independent eco-environment style. Different countries, regions and industries have formed their own distinctive talent ecological environment. From the perspective of management science, a good environment for human resources is built in order to create an environment and an atmosphere in which overall goals can be achieved and human resources can be fully utilized. Therefore, building a good ecological environment for talents has become a purposeful act of government at all levels and managers of various industries. Talent ecological environment is advancing with the times, constantly surpassing, a good talent ecological environment needs with the development of the times and the community continue to add new content. Faced with the fierce competition for talents in today's world, it is of great significance to further understand the connotation of the human resources environment and to build a good ecological environment for human resources to fully build a well-to-do society and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
