【目的】建立岗梅根、茎中铅、镉的含量测定方法。【方法】采用微波消解—原子吸收光谱法测定不同产地及不同生长年限岗梅根、茎中铅、镉的含量,消解体系是浓硝酸。【结果】方法的精密度分别为3.5%、2.1%,重复性分别为4.3%、3.5%(N=6);平均回收率分别为96.8%、97.2%,sR分别为4.2%、3.6%(N=6)。12个产地的岗梅药材根、茎中铅、镉含量普遍超标,且随着生长年限的不同,岗梅根、茎中铅、镉含量也不同。【结论】本方法准确、快速、简便,适用于岗梅根、茎中铅、镉2种重金属的含量测定。
【Objective】 To establish a method for the determination of Pb and Cd in Gangue root and stem. 【Method】 The content of lead and cadmium in Megan rhizomes and stems from different habitats and growing years was determined by microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectrometry. The digestion system was concentrated nitric acid. 【Results】 The precision of the method was 3.5%, 2.1% and repeatability were 4.3%, 3.5% (N = 6) respectively. The average recoveries were 96.8%, 97.2%, sR were 4.2%, 3.6% N = 6). The content of lead and cadmium in the roots and stems of 12 medicinal plants of Gangmur origin in the 12 places were generally exceeded. With the different growth years, the contents of lead and cadmium in Gangue root and stem were also different. 【Conclusion】 The method is accurate, rapid and simple, and it is suitable for the determination of Pb and Cd in Gum Megan and Stem.
