膀胱小细胞癌(BSCC)在泌尿系统肿瘤中极为罕见,近期我院收治1例BSCC患者,现报告如下。1病例资料患者,女,72岁,因“间断疼痛性全程肉眼血尿2月余”于2012年1月31日入院,胸片检查未见明显异常;CT检查示:膀胱壁可见一软组织密度影,大小为2.9 cm×3.5 cm;膀胱镜检查后壁见一直径约3 cm乳头状肿物,基底宽。活检病理提示小细胞神经内分泌癌。2012年2月14日给予行膀胱全切+回肠膀胱术,术后病理示:(全膀胱)小细
