一、发展“多种少量”生产用模具的 重要性 工业生产中有多种生产方式,其中主要的有两个方面:一是品种单一,大批量生产的方式,对这些数量大的制品,除了采用高速冲压,高速注塑,高速锻造等先进成形工艺外,还要求提供高效,高精度,长寿命的模具,以适应大批量生产过程自动化的要求。二是多品种少批量生产的方式,包括一些试制、产品更新换代。这种生产方式由于数量不大,对模具的要求与大批量生产用模具就不完全相同,它主要要求模具制造周期要短,成本要低。人们往往把这种“多品种少量”生产用模具叫做经济模具,或统称为简易模。
