目的探讨结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的外科处理方法。方法回顾分析我院1998年1月~2005年12月收治的结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻38例的临床资料。本组病例均行术中肠道灌洗。结果本组发生术后切口感染3例。无一例出现吻合口瘘。结论在对肿瘤近端结肠进行充分灌洗的情况下,结肠癌并急性肠梗阻行一期切除吻合是可行的。正确的术中操作和围手术处理有助于提高疗效和降低死亡率。
Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of acute intestinal obstruction due to colon cancer. Methods The clinical data of 38 patients with acute intestinal obstruction complicated by colon cancer from January 1998 to December 2005 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. This group of patients underwent intraoperative intestinal lavage. Results 3 cases of postoperative wound infection occurred in this group. There was no case of anastomotic leakage. Conclusions In the case of adequate lavage of the proximal colon of the tumor, one-stage resection and anastomosis of colonic cancer with acute intestinal obstruction is feasible. Correct intraoperative operation and perioperative treatment help to improve the efficacy and reduce mortality.
