目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤的临床诊断与治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2003年1月～2006年12月收治的胃肠道间质瘤19例的临床资料。结果本组术后死亡2例。带瘤生存1例,复发1例。结论手术切除对预后及防止复发有一定的意义。对复发病例再次手术切除配合术后口服格列卫治疗可有效控制和稳定病灶生长。
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Methods The clinical data of 19 patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2003 to December 2006 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The group died of surgery in 2 cases. Tumor survival in 1 case, 1 case of recurrence. Conclusion Surgical resection has some significance on prognosis and prevention of recurrence. Resection of recurrent cases combined with postoperative oral treatment of Gleevec can effectively control and stabilize the growth of the lesion.
