本文检查52例银屑病关节炎(A)的细胞免疫(T 和 B淋巴细胞)和体液免疫(IgG、IgA、IgM)。男27,女25;年龄18～65岁。除关节炎症状外,银屑病皮损20例为寻常性,10例渗出性,15例脓疱性,7例红皮病性.在免疫学检查前3～4月不用皮质类固醇激素和免疫抑制剂。结果:红细胞自然花瓣形成(E-POK)的相对数和绝对数均减少,而活性花瓣形成(EAC-POK)的百分率和绝对数增加,不形成自然花瓣的对补体C_3无受体的 O 淋巴细胞数增加。按 A 的不同类
