实践能力的培养是培养全日制会计硕士专业学位研究生的关键要素,但对于全日制会计硕士专业学位研究生实践能力的培养大多高校尚处于建设和摸索阶段。本文结合江苏科技大学全日制会计硕士专业学位研究生实践能力培养的实例,分析了依托三大平台、“实习转型”与“实践提升”相结合的两大特色,阐述了培养综合素质、提高综合技能、培养创新人才的三大成效。
The cultivation of practical ability is the key factor to cultivate full-time Master of Accounting Master of Accounting degree. However, most of the colleges and universities are still in the stage of construction and exploration for the practice ability of full-time Master of Accounting Master degree. Based on the practical ability training of full-time Master of Accounting Master degree in Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, this paper analyzes two major characteristics relying on the three platforms, the combination of “internship transformation” and “practice improvement”, elaborates on two aspects of cultivating comprehensive quality, Improve the overall skills, cultivate innovative talents of the three major results.
