在“文化大革命”中,各种群众组织形成了大量的文书材料。有人认为,“文革”已经彻底否定,作为“文革”中群众组织所形成的文书材料,也就没有利用价值可言了,更无收集、整理、归档、保管的必要。笔者认为,“文革”中群众组织所形成的各种文书材料的作用是不可忽视的,抓紧收集、认真整理并妥为保管好这部份档案,是我们档案部门的工作任务之一。一、“文革”中群众组织所形成的档案,是了解和研究“文化大革命”这一特殊历史现象的不可缺少的材料。“文化大革命”固然是一场内乱,但它毕竟已成为历史。在这期间,各群众组织形成的各种文字材料及声相材料,尽管政治上是错误的,但它从各方面记录了“文革”中群众组织的活动情况,反映了“文革”这一阶段的部份历史。正因为如此,1982年11月5日,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅转发的国家档案局《关于“文化大革命”,中形成的档案材料处理问题
In the “Cultural Revolution”, various mass organizations formed a large number of clerical materials. Some people think that the “Cultural Revolution” has been completely negated.
