分析了义务教育绩效工资改革给中小学教师带来的积极影响和消极影响。详细介绍了包含激励因素和保健因素的双因素激励理论,并利用该理论及相关的研究成果,通过问卷和访谈的方法调查了城镇和乡村义务教育教师对一些保健因素的感知。调查结果显示:绩效工资改革对教师的工作、经济收入和社会地位等的确产生了不同程度的影响,被调查者对保健因素的感知并不强烈,但大部分人认识到绩效工资制度较以往的工资制度更加优化和合理。虽然保健因素不会带来满意感,但能消除教师们的不满。只有提高教师对保健因素的感知度,才有可能消除教师对工作的不满。
Analyzes the positive and negative impact of the reform of compulsory education performance salary on primary and secondary school teachers. Two-factor motivation theory including motivation factors and health factors is introduced in detail. Based on this theory and related research results, questionnaires and interviews are used to investigate the perceptions of some health factors by teachers in urban and rural compulsory education.
