采用盆栽试验,通过研究不同量猪粪及在猪粪中添加镉对番茄生长的影响,镉在番茄不同器官、土壤中的积累状况,指导安全合理施肥。结果表明,在一定条件下,随着含低浓度镉的猪粪施用量增加,番茄的生物量呈增加趋势;低浓度的镉有促生长作用,超过一定的浓度,将对番茄生长产生毒害作用。当施用含低浓度镉的猪粪时,随着施肥量的增加,土壤中的镉含量呈减小趋势;在粪土质比为25 g/kg时,番茄果实中镉的积累量最大,土壤中的镉含量随着猪粪中镉含量的增加,呈增加趋势;根茎叶中镉的富集随着猪粪中镉含量的增加而增加;而果实中的镉含量随着猪粪中的镉增加,先增加后减少,但不明显。
