目的寻找显著缩短北柴胡生长周期的繁殖方法,以快速创制北柴胡特异性纯系材料及遗传分离群体。方法对北柴胡审定品种川北柴1号进行了土壤基质筛选,及培养盆大小、幼苗种植密度、光照持续时间、培养温度、供水管理六个因素对北柴胡开花时间的影响研究。结果北柴胡最快开花结实的加代条件为:生长基质50%营养土+50%河沙发苗,每颗种苗占地大于200cm~2,温度25℃,日持续光照16h,适度供水。结论运用本研究所得室内加代技术每年可繁殖2.46代北柴胡植株,极大缩短了北柴胡高代纯系材料和新品种育成时间。
OBJECTIVE: To find a way to significantly shorten the growth cycle of Bupleurum chinense population in order to rapidly establish a unique Bupleurum chinense pure lineage and genetic segregation population. Methods The soil matrix screening and the effects of six factors on the flowering time of Bupleurum chinense were studied, such as the size of the culture pot, planting density of seedlings, light duration, incubation temperature and water supply management. Results The fastest flowering and fruiting conditions of Bupleurum chinense were as follows: growth substrate 50% nutrition soil + 50% river sand seedling, each seedling covering more than 200cm ~ 2, temperature 25 ℃, continuous light for 16h, moderate water supply. Conclusion Using the indoor additive generation method in this study, 2.46 generations of Bupleurum chinensei can be multiplied each year, which greatly shortened the breeding time of the pure materials and new breeds of Bupleurum chinensensis in the future.
