针对中缅原油管道(国内段)山区敷设的实际情况,分析常规试压分段存在的问题,提出按动态设计内压力进行分段的新方法,将管道沿线各点的设计内压力取值为最差工况下各点的最大实际运行压力,在此基础上进行试压段落划分,从而解决常规试压中分段数量多、施工周期长、工程费用高及施工难度大等问题。从设计规范和工程实践角度阐述了该方法的合理性,并详细介绍了该试压分段方法的原则及步骤,对山区输油管道试压具有很好的指导意义。
According to the actual situation of the mountainous area of Sino-Burmese crude oil pipeline (domestic section), this paper analyzes the existing problems of conventional pressure test section and proposes a new method to segment the section by dynamic design pressure. The design pressure at each point along the pipeline is The worst operating conditions of each point of the maximum actual operating pressure, on the basis of the pressure test division, to solve the conventional test pressure in the number of sections, the construction period is long, the project cost is high and the difficulty of construction and other issues. The rationality of the method is expatiated from the viewpoint of design specification and engineering practice, and the principle and steps of the method are introduced in detail. It is of great guiding significance to the pressure test in mountain oil pipelines.
