目的：提高对腭咽成形术的认识，减少并发症的发生。方法：回顾性分析１１０ 例腭咽成形术围手术期并发症。结果：暂时性腭咽功能不全２８ 例，高血压危象１２ 例，呼吸障碍１２ 例，伤口裂开２ 例，原发出血１ 例，失血性休克１ 例，鼻咽狭窄１ 例。结论：并发症关键在预防，措施有：①术前全面体检，治疗并发症；②局麻手术；③术中监测心电图、血压和血氧饱和度；④术中吸氧；⑤彻底止血；⑥术后适量应用皮质类固醇药物；⑦重症患者术前应行经鼻面罩持续正压通气治疗
Objective: To improve the understanding of velopharyngeal angioplasty and reduce the incidence of complications. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 110 cases of velopharyngeal angioplasty perioperative complications. Results: There were 28 cases of temporary velopharyngeal insufficiency, 12 cases of hypertensive crisis, 12 cases of respiratory disturbance, 2 cases of wound rupture, 1 case of primary hemorrhage, 1 case of hemorrhagic shock and 1 case of nasopharyngeal stricture. Conclusions: The key to prevention of complications is: (1) comprehensive preoperative physical examination and treatment of complications; (2) local anesthesia; (3) intraoperative ECG, blood pressure and oxygen saturation; (4) oxygen during operation; (5) Appropriate amount of corticosteroids after surgery; ⑦ severe patients should be treated with continuous positive pressure ventilation nasal mask
