提出一种缝合线计算模型,通过数值模拟计算和实验结果比较,得到缝合线计算模型中相关的弹性参数。对复合材料开口缝合补强结构进行了有限元模拟计算,分析讨论了孔边及邻近区域应变的分布规律,并计算出应变集中因子。研究了不同缝合参数(针距、行距、边距、缝合线直径、缝合线模量)对孔边应变集中的影响,给出了合理的孔口缝合参数设计方法。
A suture calculation model was proposed. Through the comparison of numerical simulation and experimental results, the relevant elastic parameters in suture calculation model were obtained. The composite suture reinforcement structure is simulated by finite element method, the distribution of strain near the hole edge and its adjacent area is analyzed and discussed, and the strain concentration factor is calculated. The effects of different suture parameters (pitch, row spacing, margin, suture diameter and suture modulus) on the strain concentration at the hole edge were studied, and a reasonable design method of the parameters of the suture suture was given.
