教师资格制度的实施加强了我国教师队伍的规范管理,但随着时代进步,最初的中小学教师资格认证制度已经满足不了社会的发展。在对比发达国家经验的基础上,结合我国国情,发现我国中小学教师资格认证制度存在的不足之处并提出一些改进措施:建立高效专业机构、完善退出和激励机制、规范定期注册考评活动,以期进一步完善中小学教师资格认证制度。
The implementation of the teacher qualification system has strengthened the standard management of the teaching staff in China. However, as the times progressed, the initial qualification system for primary and secondary school teachers could not meet the development of society. On the basis of comparing the experiences of developed countries with the national conditions of our country, we found that China’s primary and secondary school teachers qualification certification system has inadequacies and proposed some improvement measures: establishing efficient professional institutions, improving exit and incentive mechanisms, and standardizing regular registration evaluation activities. Further improve the qualification system for primary and secondary school teachers.
