对图像定量分析方法进行了详细的阐述,介绍了实验用样品的制备、图像采集、处理和分析方法,并利用该方法对损伤后的混凝土内部裂纹进行了定量研究,如:裂纹的长度、面积、周长,并利用交点玫瑰图对其取向性进行了描述。结果表明:疲劳后的混凝土试样内部裂纹分布不均;与荷载平行的截面表现出更严重的开裂和更明显的取向性。图像分析方法能获得混凝土内部损伤、开裂的准确直观的信息,为混凝土内部结构及损伤的研究提供了一种新的思路和方法。
The methods of quantitative analysis of images are described in detail. The methods of preparation, image acquisition, processing and analysis of experimental samples are introduced. The quantitative analysis of internal cracks in damaged concrete is carried out by using this method, such as the length and area of cracks , Circumference, and use the intersection point rose diagram to describe its orientation. The results show that the crack distribution in the concrete samples after fatigue is uneven, and the cross section parallel to the load shows more severe cracking and more obvious orientation. The image analysis method can obtain the accurate and direct information of the internal damage and cracking of the concrete, and provides a new idea and method for the study of the internal structure and damage of the concrete.
