随着我国经济的飞速发展,农村面临着越来越多的发展机遇,同时也面临着诸多挑战。当前,农村最关注的问题就是如何适应经济的发展趋势,立足于这个情况下,需要更多的人才扎根农村,为农村的经济发展服务。所以,高校必须考虑怎样才能使农科大学生毕业之后扎根农村,为农村的发展带去新的生机。这篇文章分析了影响农科大学生到农村就业的主要因素,提出了让农科大学生服务基层的举措。
With the rapid economic development in our country, rural areas are facing more and more development opportunities as well as many challenges. At present, the most concern issue in rural areas is how to adapt to the economic development trend. Based on this situation, more talents are needed to take root in the rural areas and serve the rural economic development. Therefore, colleges and universities must consider how to make agricultural college graduates rooted in rural areas, bringing new vitality to rural development. This article analyzes the main factors that affect the employment of agricultural college students in the rural areas and puts forward the measures that enable the agricultural college students to serve the grassroots.
