目的:观察中药外洗联合盐酸依匹斯汀和西咪替丁治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法:将我院门诊治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症94例患者随机分为治疗组49例和对照组45例,对照组采用口服盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊和西咪替丁片治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合使用自拟中药外洗方治疗。结果:治疗组治愈率为71%,总有效率为88%,对照组分别为44%、76%,2组总有效率比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),但治疗组治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05)。停药3个月、半年后治疗组治愈患者复发率分别为26%、46%,对照组分别为60%、75%,对照组均明显高于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合方法治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症有良好的疗效,且复发率低。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine external washing combined with epinastine hydrochloride and cimetidine in the treatment of senile pruritus. Methods: Ninety-four patients with senile pruritus in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 49) and control group (n = 45). The control group was treated with oral epinestine hydrochloride capsules and cimetidine hydrochloride tablets On the basis of group therapy combined with self-made Chinese medicine outside the washing treatment. Results: The cure rate of the treatment group was 71%, the total effective rate was 88%, the control group were 44%, 76% respectively. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P> 0.05) Higher than the control group (P <0.05). The drug withdrawal rate was 26% and 46% in the treatment group after six months and 60% and 75% respectively in the control group. The control group was significantly higher than the treatment group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative Medicine for the treatment of senile pruritus has a good effect, and the recurrence rate is low.
