目的观察泌尿系统感染患者尿沉渣检验分析结果,为临床检验提供参考。方法选取2012年6月至2014年6月在我院检验科进行尿沉渣检测的泌尿系统感染患者80例,按照红细胞、白细胞、管型等分类进行对比分析。结果观察组患者尿糖检测阳性率为15.0%(12/80),尿液脱落细胞异常检测阳性率为13.75%(11/80),肉眼血尿检查阳性率为10.0(8/80),明显高于对照组正常人,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论严格规范管理,按照标准的操作进行检测,提高尿液检测结果准确性,有利于临床诊断及治疗。
Objective To observe the urinary sediment test results of patients with urinary tract infection and provide reference for clinical examination. Methods Eighty patients with urinary tract infection who had urinary sediment test in the laboratory of our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected and compared according to the classification of erythrocytes, leucocytes and tubules. Results The positive rate of urinalysis in the observation group was 15.0% (12/80), the positive rate of urine exfoliated cells was 13.75% (11/80), the positive rate of gross hematuria was 10.0 (8/80), significantly higher In the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Strict management, in accordance with the standard operation of the test to improve the accuracy of urine test results, is conducive to clinical diagnosis and treatment.
