将直冲洗鱼雷网式过滤器流场在不同体型工况下进行了三维流场数值模拟,采用RNGk~ε模型模拟过滤器湍流。对不同体型工况下的过滤器断面压强、断面流态数值计算结果进行理论分析,并进出口的水头损失与物理试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明数值计算能够清楚地反映了不同边界条件下过滤器内部流场变化情况及各个参数,并且通过过滤器内部流场计算可以获得过滤器在不同体型工况下任意位置的流场变化。其结果可以为过滤器体型优化设计提供可靠的理论依据和参考。
The three-dimensional flow field numerical simulation of the flow field of straight flush torpedo filter was carried out under different body conditions. The RNGk ~ ε model was used to simulate the filter turbulence. The theoretical analysis is carried out on the cross-section pressure and cross-sectional flow field of the filter under different body conditions, and the head loss at the inlet and outlet ports is compared with the physical test results. The results show that the numerical calculation can clearly reflect the change of flow field inside the filter under different boundary conditions and each parameter, and the change of the flow field at any position of the filter under different body shapes can be obtained by calculating the flow field inside the filter. The result can provide a reliable theoretical basis and reference for filter body design optimization.
