一、工程及地质概况新疆某市工业品贸易中心大楼,建筑面积5000余 m~2,为7层框架结构,中部有园顶,总高约50m,工程地质条件为:从地面起至13m 以轻亚粘土及亚粘土为主;13~18m 为一软粘土(泥炭)层,腐植质以芦苇为主,已腐烂,呈黑色,压缩状态含水量大于30%,承载力为0.09~0.11Mpa;18m 左右有轻亚粘土和细砂层,轻亚粘土的承载力
I.
